A young and curious novice monkey named Kiko arrives at the temple, eager to learn from the wise monks. Brother Musang, being the resident trickster, takes Kiko under his wing and teaches him the art of mischief and mayhem. However, their pranks go too far, and the temple's sacred relics are put in jeopardy. The abbot threatens to expel Kiko unless he and Brother Musang can retrieve the relics and make amends.
