In an era of increasingly sophisticated cyber-physical attacks, traditional two-factor authentication (2FA) is proving insufficient for critical infrastructure and high-value asset protection. This paper proposes the Septakey Card , a hardware-based authentication device utilizing a novel "Seven-Factor" (Septa-factor) authentication protocol. By integrating possession, biometrics, temporal dynamics, geospatial location, behavioral analytics, environmental context, and quantum-resilient cryptography into a single form factor, the Septakey Card establishes a zero-trust architecture capable of mitigating complex intrusion vectors such as Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attacks and credential stuffing.
