Cross is an upcoming American crime thriller television series created by Aldis Hodge and produced by Amazon MGM Studios. It is based on the famous Alex Cross novel series written by best-selling author James Patterson. While the character has previously been portrayed by Morgan Freeman ( Kiss the Girls , Along Came a Spider ) and Tyler Perry ( Alex Cross ), this series marks the first time the character is adapted for a serialized television format.
