To get the installer, you have to go to the Adobe Enterprise Distribution site.
You click the big "Download" button, run the file, and expect to be reading your document in two minutes. Instead, a tiny window pops up with a progress bar that says "Adobe Download Manager: Initializing..." and proceeds to download the rest of the software over the next 15 minutes. adobe reader dc offline installer
