In the late 1930s, Kinoshita joined the Toho Tai Film Company, one of Japan's leading film studios, where she made her screen debut in the 1939 movie "Jitsugyo no Sei." Her acting and singing talent caught the attention of the film's director, Kenji Mizoguchi, who went on to mentor her and feature her in several of his most acclaimed films.
Kinoshita debuted in the AV industry in 2009. Unlike many actresses who start in the "gravure" (pin-up modeling) sphere before transitioning to video, she entered the AV scene directly. Her early work was characterized by a fresh-faced image, though she quickly gained attention for her striking facial features and tall stature.
Ririko Kinoshita began her career as an idol at a young age. She joined Nogizaka46 in 2015, as a member of the group's third generation. Prior to joining Nogizaka46, Kinoshita appeared in various television dramas and commercials. Her early start in the entertainment industry helped her gain recognition and laid the foundation for her future success.
