Once Chrome is pinned, you can customize its position to suit your workflow.

The fastest way to pin Chrome is by using the Windows search function. This works even if you don't have a shortcut on your desktop.
Click Show more options at the bottom of the menu to reveal the classic Windows menu. Select Pin to taskbar.
