This is a concession card for older Australians who have reached the Age Pension age (currently 67) but do not qualify for the Age Pension, often due to income or assets.

There is currently no single, globally recognized "Commonwealth Card" issued by the Commonwealth of Nations (the 56-member intergovernmental organization). You cannot apply for a universal card that grants benefits across all member states like Canada, Australia, India, or the UK. This is a concession card for older Australians
