Sadyojata Mantra Direct

The practitioner visualizes a dark or golden light in the west, or at the pelvic region (earth element = root chakra, Muladhara). Reciting Sadyojata, one meditates: "My own body is Sadyojata’s earth. My birth into this world is not a curse but Shiva’s immediate creative play."

Sadyojata mantra is chanted while touching the earth or during bhuta-shuddhi (purification of elements). It is also recited when offering water, flower, or rice—each offering becomes a “sudden birth” of divine presence in the material. sadyojata mantra
