The "You require permission from TrustedInstaller" error occurs when: Click Apply
Just because you own the file doesn't mean you have permission to write to it yet. You usually arrive at this step still unable to delete the file. You must now grant yourself "Full Control."
If you are unsure, rename the file to .old instead of deleting it. If the system breaks, you can easily rename it back.
