Harold’s fingers hovered over the keyboard. This was the job. Crack the volume, extract the file, disconnect. He initiated the decryption script he carried on his thumb drive. The script was aggressive; it would force the hidden drive to mount.

Harold frowned. The connection status light was still green. He was still inside the machine. But he couldn't see anything. He hit the Refresh button in Ammyy. The screen remained black.
