The site runs on a "Wiki" model. If you notice that Halo 3 is missing the Dutch manual scan, you upload it. If the release date for a specific PS2 platinum hit is wrong, you edit it. This creates a sense of shared ownership. The forums (though less active than a decade ago) remain a goldmine for troubleshooting retro hardware and finding rare Dutch game fairs.
