This is the standard security service pre-installed on almost all Android devices. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner. Select "Play Protect" from the menu. Tap the Settings gear icon in the top right corner. Toggle off "Scan apps with Play Protect."
If you want it gone permanently, go to Settings > Apps , select the app, and tap Uninstall .
If you have installed a third-party antivirus like , Norton , or McAfee , disabling them usually requires revoking their administrative permissions or uninstalling them.
