You can initiate a session directly from the Miradore Management Console : miradore screen share
Android 7.0+, iOS 13+, Windows 7+, or macOS 10.7+. Minimum 0
Device Agent -> Capture Screen -> Encode -> Secure Websocket -> Miradore Relay Server -> Admin Browser Minimum 0.5 Mbps bandwidth
Admins can gain full control if the device is enrolled in Fully Managed Mode.
On mobile, ensure the LogMeIn Resolve app has Accessibility permissions granted and that no "Screen Capture" restrictions are active.
Admins can share their own screen with a device user (Windows/Mac only) to provide visual guidance.
