Depending on your iOS version, use one of the following methods to view and manage your blocked list:

Note: Unblocking does not restore past messages or call history from that contact.
Open the Settings app and select Phone , Messages , FaceTime , or Mail . Scroll down and tap Blocked Contacts (or just Blocked for Mail).
