If the crack is on a flat surface, use masking tape to pull the edges together. Wait 24 hours. caravan window repair

The crack will now be sealed, but a visible line remains. Follow the "Polishing Method" above to blend the line into the surrounding area. For minor surface blemishes, DIY repair is highly effective

Use isopropyl alcohol and compressed air (or a hairdryer on cool) to blast dust out of the crack. Wait 24 hours

Cause: Double-glazed units losing their inert gas; sealant drying out between frame and body. Result: Condensation between panes, wet carpets, rotting floors. Repair Complexity: Hard (Drilling and draining or full replacement).

Use a fresh razor blade to shave the excess resin flush with the window surface.
