For most of the last decade, HDBits has disabled entirely. Even long-standing members cannot buy or send invites. This is to prevent selling and infiltration.

There is on HDBits. Unlike public trackers or even lower-tier private trackers, HDBits has been invite-only since its inception, and for the last several years, even standard invites have been suspended or removed entirely.
